You PRAY WRONGLY when you pray in any other name other than JESUS NAME
You often, or subtly believe that the Name of Jesus Christ alone is not sufficient to get your prayers to God. In fact we fringe our delusion and display ignorance before God and Satan by shouting phrases like “Blood of Jesus”, “Holy Ghost fire, “God of Bishop”, “God of PAPA G.O”, God of Prophet this and that…”, “God of Shiloh, Camp” etc.. thinking that by these, you can get God’s attention faster.
Sad to say, praying wrongly in this manner takes God’s attention farther from you, and also makes you a mocker and ignoramus before Satan.
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. “
Yet, you still “ask amiss”, and you pray wrongly?
There is no place for illusions and frivolity in prayer. It is an engagement that must be done with focused intention and utmost attention. Yet, each of us clings to illusions, and full of frivolities, we end up somehow bringing them into our prayers.
“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us”. 1 John 5:14
Listen, God does not hear or attend to any prayer that is not PURELY and SIMPLY presented in Jesus Name. Likewise, Satan does not respond nor bow his knees to any command that is not at the instance of Jesus Name. Any other name through which you pray other than the name of Jesus is mere waste of time, and cheer effort in futility.
Verily, and Truly I say to you, Satan, in other to make your prayers fruitless and count unto nothing, masterminded these catch phrases, “Blood of Jesus”, “Holy Ghost fire, “God of Bishop”, “God of PAPA G.O”, God of Prophet this and that…”, “God of Shiloh, Camp” etc.. and made you think they are powerful than simply calling Jesus Christ’s Name. This is so, in other to deny you the salvation and the blessing the Name of Jesus Christ Commands
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
Getting your prayers to God’s attention, must foremost among other things, be offered in Jesus Name ONLY.
This is a solemn truth: God controls the outcome of prayer.
Not the Church, not the minister, not the person who prays. In other words, God doesn’t outsource divine attention. God receives your call directly, and He only answers prayer that is in accordance to His Will.
Prayer means seeking the attention of the Most Supreme, and the Almighty God, and getting him to answer to you. Therefore, this reality calls for seriousness of purpose in prayer, proper and acceptable approach, and ultimately praying in accordance to His will.
So, is the “Blood of Jesus” or “Holy Ghost” irrelevant to our Christian experiences?
Not at all, both the “Blood of Jesus” and the “Holy Ghost” are still very indispensable to every believer. But each performs its unique functions without breaking ranks. The Blood of Jesus Christ bought you the victory over Satan and granted you power over Sin. The Holy Spirit keeps you connected through fellowship to the Father – the author of all powers and source of your victory, and it is through His presence in your life you can know God’s will and be able to pray accordingly.
THEREFORE, you do not pray to God or subject the Devil by calling or invoking “the Blood of Jesus” nor by shouting “Holy Ghost” or Holy Ghost Fire”. You subject the devil and pray concerning every situation in the Name of Jesus Christ, and that alone is enough. The Name of Jesus Christ has been given as a token and staff of Authority to accessing God’s presence and enforcing your Victory over Satan and whatever he represents or represents him in your life and environment.
Satan has already been defeated on the cross by shedding the blood of Jesus, and You, being a Son, and an enforcing agent of God on earth, you can ONLY keep the Devil subjected to the order of God in the NAME of JESUS CHRIST.
No more, no Less!
You are blessed!
